And of course it goes without saying that Heather’s pooch Russ does his fair share of hard work around the shop too. He’s consistently putting smiles on the faces of our clients as they come to realize the moving blanket next to the workstation is in fact a living, breathing dog – although sometimes its pretty hard to tell!
